Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall iWorQ is a great place to work. Employees and leadership are great for the most part. Main drawback is base salary is $10/hr so it’s difficult to make ends meet when you don’t have deals closing. The benefits were also horrible before but there have been some recent changes that have made the benefits a bit more cost effective than they were in the past. The sales cycle tends to be longer since we only sell to government agencies and there are many factors that can hold up the deal progressing.
