Next to zero opportunity to move into management unless you are willing to wait it out for 4-5 years. Yes, the commission is 70%, but most deals take anywhere from 3-6 months to close.

You can make good money with commissions and they were upfront with me on how I would need to be patient to start seeing consistent deals coming through. They have a good process to follow for the sales cycle. The culture is good and positive within the sales teams themselves and gets murky outside of your team....Read More
