Next to zero opportunity to move into management unless you are willing to wait it out for 4-5 years. Yes, the commission is 70%, but most deals take anywhere from 3-6 months to close.

Commission checks take months, low hourly pay ($10/hr), and commissions are cut if VP's and CEOs think the commission is too high. Dramatic office, terrible insurance, and no culture. Main drawback is base salary is $10/hr so it’s difficult to make ends meet when you don’t have deals closing.
