I love the ownership, but they are far behind the times when it comes to base salary. The management requires on site work only. Next to zero opportunity to move into management unless you are willing to wait it out for 4-5 years. Yes, the commission is 70%, but most deals take anywhere from 3-6 months to close.

Great people to work with, aside from the owner. He has a God complex, and if you disagree with him in anyway, he will find a way to get rid of you. Overall, I loved working there, just wish the owner would take a step back and let the sales department do their jobs.

Overall iWorQ is a great place to work. Employees and leadership are great for the most part. Main drawback is base salary is $10/hr so it’s difficult to make ends meet when you don’t have deals closing.
