I love the ownership, but they are far behind the times when it comes to base salary. The management requires on site work only. Next to zero opportunity to move into management unless you are willing to wait it out for 4-5 years. Yes, the commission is 70%, but most deals take anywhere from 3-6 months to close.

Overall iWorQ is a great place to work. Employees and leadership are great for the most part. Main drawback is base salary is $10/hr so it’s difficult to make ends meet when you don’t have deals closing. Not good. Company viewed as a dictatorship; you are just a number that is viewed as replaceable under any means. Commission checks take months, low hourly pay ($10/hr), and commissions are cut if VP's and CEOs think the commission is too high. Dramatic office, terrible insurance, and no culture.
