My overall experience has been fairly positive. You can make good money with commissions and they were upfront with me on how I would need to be patient to start seeing consistent deals coming through. They have a good process to follow for the sales cycle. The culture is good and positive within the sales teams themselves and gets murky outside of your team....Read More

I love the ownership, but they are far behind the times when it comes to base salary. The management requires on site work only. Next to zero opportunity to move into management unless you are willing to wait it out for 4-5 years. Yes, the commission is 70%, but most deals take anywhere from 3-6 months to close.
