My overall experience was the company isn't close enough to it's numbers, churn, and sales future. They've gone through 3 layoffs and rehires since I left because they're owned by PE and every time they churn a big client or miss their number by too much in a quarter, they lay off. Beware of this organization. An enormous amount of smoke and mirrors. They hire and fire faster than any organization I have ever seen. Goals are missed regularly, and they continue to bring new people on and ship them out in their first 6 months. This has happened to multiple people already.
