After previosuly being at a very cold corporate org this has been a breath of fresh air. I love Headway and everyone here. They truly value everyone. Not sure how long it'll last but it's been a great run. Comp isn't great but I'm coming from a shit bdr role where I feared being on the chopping block every mont h due to being bought out and in general not seeing value in xdrs. AE here is diff as it's a free product so its an easy sell. we're basically SDRs CSMS and AES all in one with 1/3 of the pay

The organization is constantly changing to meet company objective and it is really exciting!

Very low pay compared to the work expected of us. Low quality lead volume and multipliers given for 4 months in a row since reps are consistently not hitting quota.
