The company is friendly and they have a very flexible work environment but the inbound leads have run nearly dry and they are pushing outbound metrics like non-stop cold calling. That's all well and good but our data is so messy that outbounding is tough.

Good company, not a lot of downsides, but upside and lead flow is great. My critique would be because the company is global it can feel disconnected as a non-Australian employee.

My overall experience was good. At the end of my 4.5 years, leadership changed which changed the culture and the overall experience that I had had. I ended up leaving for an opportunity with more growth aspects and less restrictions. However, I did love the team that I was working with, and haven't found a better CS team up to this point.
