Back to ReviewsFormer Employee In-house professional development was very in-depth, but perhaps a little overkill. It felt like leadership was keeping new reps off of the phones until they could figure out their GTM. Very difficult to build new pipeline, and reps were looked down on for trying to do anything more than make 100 cold dials a day. Anything outside of that was deemed "unequitable" and not fair to the other reps. Leadership (if you can call it that) spent more time covering their a** than leading and was caught multiple times taking credit for things their reps did. Individuals were let go without warning or reason. The lead gen production was non-existant, and the only reps even coming close to hitting quota were seasoned reps that were able to cherry pick the accounts they wanted to work. Managers spend all day in a room with the door closed, and frequently cancelled or cut short 1:1's. On average, I'd get 15 minutes or so with my manager. Very high stress and very toxic.
