Go1 is struggling to transition from a startup to a scaleup company. Management has raised quotas by 35% year-over-year, even though only 15% of reps hit quota the previous year. During the Ramp period there was a lot of support and acknowledgement of what we were doing. After a big leadership change their answers to everything was to make more calls to show initiative
