In-house professional development was very in-depth, but perhaps a little overkill. It felt like leadership was keeping new reps off of the phones until they could figure out their GTM. Very difficult to build new pipeline, and reps were looked down on for trying to do anything more than make 100 cold dials a day. Anything outside of that was deemed "unequitable"...Read More

During the Ramp period there was a lot of support and acknowledgement of what we were doing. After a big leadership change their answers to everything was to make more calls to show initiative
