Founder/CEO and President make all the decisions. Whatever they say goes. Everyone else is the equivelent of a puppet, even when they are delusional with their ideas. There is some good opportunity with innovation in AI and numerous great customers. However there is churn risk at many accounts as the RTTVP industry is dying

CEO does care about the employees, but most of the company views the sales org as unimportant. Open hostility from implementation and finance towards the sales team. All failed projects are blamed on sales.

Good product fit, not as hot as it once was though. However, absolutely 0 growth for SDR position. "raises" are usually 1-2% if any. Only way to make money is book more meetings. 1 SDR in last 3 years has become an AE. Most SDRs laid off, now use 3rd party SDRs as well. Imagine whole SDR team will leave soon.
