Culture is good - everyone is friendly, there a lot of fun people that work here. The turnover is outrageous. Great environment and people, beautiful office and in a nice location, but that is it. Extremely saturated market, no base salary (draw only). Vast majority of employees in sales who have been here for 1 year haven’t seen a commission check yet and live off the 40k draw, which is a joke.
