Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Good luck. Sr. Mgmt is AWFUL with a single exception of the founder. Mismanaged finances and over-investmenting in tech/analytics has created a vortex of business failure. How is the CEO still there? Magic? Salvaging the company so it can be sold seems to be the goal. Employees are worked to the bone, with very little appreciation and marginal pay. Sales people almost NEVER hit targets and have to manage multiple roles. How do they treat their people? Well - they've publicly pushed their CRO and VP Americas out, so expect the same.
The remaining leadership in the US are not trustworthy or high-integrity people... dreadful to work with and arrogant.
