The company was in a point of transition. Fair place to learn the industry, amazing level of autonomy- but simply not competitively advantaged.

Was not great working here. Every year they seemed to make the comp structure so that you would make less. Very difficult environment to sell in.

I was here for 10 years. I left because I couldn’t grow anymore. The company is transitioning and should be interesting to watch. Many clients treat them as the Walmart of the industry

Please consider any other place of employment. For the past 4 out of 5 quarters, there were layoffs. First week of July, I’m sure we’ll make it 5 out of the last 6. Continuous invest at the top with new executives monthly while those of us at the bottom do 2-3 jobs due to the firings.
