Much has changed since I worked there last. There’s lots of existing customer base to work/upsell and the company is the largest, most established in the industry. Unfortunately, the company didn’t pivot fast enough to more of a tech solution prior to me leaving. As a result, the pay is on the lower end compared to other tech companies I have worked for. The people I worked with were great!

The culture is toxic and senior management was some of the worst I have ever dealt with.

Please consider any other place of employment. For the past 4 out of 5 quarters, there were layoffs. First week of July, I’m sure we’ll make it 5 out of the last 6. Continuous invest at the top with new executives monthly while those of us at the bottom do 2-3 jobs due to the firings.
