Unfortunately, leadership is a bit of a mess - lack of sales process, ownership, and accountability plague the organization. Many reps do not hit quota numbers and the organization has been underperforming targets as a whole. In addition, compensation is fixed by role and there is no room for negotiation based on performance. Finally, the compensation package is lower than the industry standard.
