Great product and company. Market is almost ready for a product that makes AI easier and more organized. Too many reps hired during valuation crunch, deals are thin when spread out. Small layoffs negatively affected the original awesome culture in late 2022.

Great product, Great people, Awful GTM pricing model Inbound flow is sporadic so you will hunt. If you are an AE its about hitting and crushing your number and no one does that here. No consumption pricing means you lose to Azure, Google, AWS, Databricks, etc. even though you have a superior product

great culture as a company, and strong product fit in the market, although brand awareness is lower than it should be. Partners are coming on line so more growth should continue.
