Great product, Great people, Awful GTM pricing model Inbound flow is sporadic so you will hunt. If you are an AE its about hitting and crushing your number and no one does that here. No consumption pricing means you lose to Azure, Google, AWS, Databricks, etc. even though you have a superior product

Never experienced being with an org like that. No inbounds at all. Nobody hits quota. Do not go there in Europe as a sales rep!

great culture as a company, and strong product fit in the market, although brand awareness is lower than it should be. Partners are coming on line so more growth should continue.
