Great product, bad leadership, culture, and below market pay. People either do great here or they get fired there is no in between.

The compensation structure changed effective July 12th, 2023. Not sure if it will stick but most ISR/BDRs are very unhappy.

AE earnings potential is extremely high with social validation all over. Leadership quality depends on the region but generally is improving. Director compensation is horrendous, quota attainment in H1 for North America was 3%. Great place to be an AE, wouldn’t suggest pursuing director role.
