You are just a number to them; rampant cronyism and very limited view - if you do badly one month you're immediately on the chopping block. Current Employee3.4Apr 5, 2024Generally the experience has been positive. However, in June 2023 there were significant compensation changes as well as a shift in the GTM strategy. This has significantly reduced the earning potential for BDEs and has made achieving targets more challenging. The training is good and it has been a really good place to build foundational sales skills.
