Recent major changes to comp plan and GTM strategy. Sales people all took massive pay cuts. Leadership seems disorganized. Good product but some org changes are necessary.

The level of change that's happened over the last couple years has been awesome to see We have named accounts now, go by MEDDPICC, leadership has changed and culture was always good but even better now
