Mediocre. Great product but leadership is woefully behind the rest of the industry. Proprietary CRM, manual everything and 0 marketing. Darktrace has potential but the solution is not to throw more reps at the problem. I've seen countless quality AEs get hired, promised one reality, then given a trash bag of accounts and leave within months.

This role is definitely a grind, as most enterprises sales role in the cybersecurity industry. Highly competitive and requires high drive to succeed. Work hard, hit quota, and you will be highly compensated.

Awful. The company is very very profit driven and lead by micromanagers. If you’re looking for professional growth I’d steer clear.
