You have to be a highly independent worker and look for solutions yourself. Which sounds easier said than done. You essentially get thrown into a fire and have to figure out how to put it out.

Former Employee1.9Oct 11, 2023Not the greatest experience working here. Leadership wasn't there and often times like their reps to figure it out on their own. They will put you on PIP after closing deals and ask you to leave. No PIP is doable here.
