Question

Anyone have any insight from either former or current AE, and what the culture is like in the Austin office? leadership? Are quotas for the region attainable? Overall morale on the sales floor? Attrition? Thanks!

Only about 1 rep in the TOLA region closes deals regularly. Lots of churn at the rep and leadership level. New director so hopefully that can turn things around but still too early to tell

Not from the region but in general quotas are attainable if you work for it and the comp is great.
Darktrace is the place to be in cyber now and in the coming months.
Big influx of new top management in the US from VMWARE that look promising

not in the Austin office but as a current employee I can tell you that Darktrace has been putting a lot of focus towards the US offices and teams in the last couple of months, I think to improve support, culture, etc etc. My feeling is that they have realised they might have done it wrong in the US until now and they want to improve. Proof of that is a massive influx of new people in the US at very strategic positions (CRO, CMO, etc)

My advice : go for it ! It's an exciting to be part of the company, the tech is absolutely amazing !!!!!!!!!! Quotas in any regions are attainable if you work hard, and highly rewardable with a great compensation plan
