EPD team is amazing, they care a lot about improving the product and having customer feedback. Sales leadership is pretty green, with that comes a lot of micro-mangement and unfortunately quick to fire. A bit of unrealistic expectations for the sales team. Leadership is product-focused and seems to be an elite EPD team coming mostly from Facebook, Dropbox and Amazon. Sales leadership turned over 2x in 6 months and while I was there it was difficult to advocate for needs of sales in this environment.
