EPD team is amazing, they care a lot about improving the product and having customer feedback. Sales leadership is pretty green, with that comes a lot of micro-mangement and unfortunately quick to fire. A bit of unrealistic expectations for the sales team. They over hired and just let go of 2 reps recently, one within 10 weeks. Very competitive space to sell, but i think Common Room can be a leader within 1-2 years. Right now the focus seems to be on short term revenue as opposed to long term, commercial segments doing okay, seems to be tons of pressure on the enterprise side.
