Executive team was constantly changing so their vision and go to market strategy changed with it. Sales enablement was lacking and almost zero inbound opportunities created by marketing.

I do not think this place has your long term career/professional goals in mind in any sense of the word. Would not recommend working here to anyone, probably someone starting off but the leadership is lacking, the pay is not worth the unorganized and ever changing plans, promises, and misaligned objectives of the company.
