One of the most talent dense places that I've worked at (across both EPD and GTM). There's a culture of high performance and accountability across the team and sales leadership, and it's exciting to be at a company that has hit product market fit, and the only company in a new generation of "new revtech" companies to be cracking enterprise. Common Room feels like to be on the cusp of being/early stage of already being a breakout company in the space.

Fast growing company lots of market space and winning product. I’m learning fast not because there’s great enablement but because there’s a high volume of deals. Need to keep getting win rates up and you are expected to outbound.

Leadership is product-focused and seems to be an elite EPD team coming mostly from Facebook, Dropbox and Amazon. Sales leadership turned over 2x in 6 months and while I was there it was difficult to advocate for needs of sales in this environment.
