Sales leadership turned over 2x in 6 months and while I was there it was difficult to advocate for needs of sales in this environment. Leadership tried to do it’s own in-house sales training but it wasn’t lead by anyone with a background in sales. Lots of turnover in the gtm org made things difficult. Ultimately the small sales team still hit quota at an amazing 100% attainment, but perceptions were that sales wasn’t doing enough. Browse Other Reviews
