Large amount of oversight from European division where GTM and brand is much different, leading to tense relationship and many blockers/hurdles impacting growth. Many members of new leadership not aligned and major difference makers resigning in less than one year. Losing sales staff to competition citing lack of competitive commission structure and poor tools available to meet targets.
