Laid back if you hit your number, difficult if you don’t. Some managers care a lot, some don’t. I personally like working here but definitely could be better!

Former Employee1.9Jun 29, 2023Poor. Management treats everyone like a number. Quota not being hit… it can’t be marketing, so let’s put reps on a PIP. It’s utter madness here and unless you’re part of the “in-crowd”, forget about staying.
