Honestly, a good place to work. SDR is a hard role. Work/life balance and freedom to develop your schedule here is a big plus. Laid back if you hit your number, difficult if you don’t. Some managers care a lot, some don’t. I personally like working here but definitely could be better!

ChurnZero has lackluster sales leadership and are delusional when it comes to competition in enterprise space against Gainsight . The VP of sales turns and burns SDRS, fires and hires AEs, rarely promotes within on the last 2 years.

They have many things to figure out. The sales team has had a lot of turnover. Maybe things will get better in terms of putting employees in better positions to succeed however that was not the case when I was there.
