ChurnZero has lackluster sales leadership and are delusional when it comes to competition in enterprise space against Gainsight . The VP of sales turns and burns SDRS, fires and hires AEs, rarely promotes within on the last 2 years.

They have many things to figure out. The sales team has had a lot of turnover. Maybe things will get better in terms of putting employees in better positions to succeed however that was not the case when I was there.

Great company when I first started but it has gone downhill over time due to over-hiring, the macroeconomic climate, etc. The product itself is great, but it is hard to see where this company will be long term.
