The company doesn't value people and you better know how to play politics if you want to stick around. Comp is middle of the road. Mission is what sold me but it's all a front and no one really cares about preventing recidivism and giving people a fair shot at employment - a bunch of fluff. Goals and targets shift at the drop of a hat and there's no consistency in anything the upper management does.

Overall a good company to work for, things just change very often. Not a huge fan of upper sales leadership but some of the front line leaders are great. Great product. Over hired in the mid market space
