The company lacks heavily on diversity and inclusion. Leadership lacks tremendously and metrics are uniquely outdated across all segments. Would not recommend it.

My overall experience was positive. The company has a lot of work to do with changing the leaders that are in place today. If they don't pivot quickly they could miss the window of opportunity to make some type of exit.

My overall experience was great. I really enjoyed my team and leadership. The 32% layoff really impacted a lot of talented people though and it may take awhile for the org to recover from that.
