My overall experience has been great Check Point is a well established company with great products. The pay is decent and the people are great, it is an older company so upward mobility is more difficult.

Mis-set expectations and the role was oversold. Very difficult to achieve due to out of touch and distant leadership decisions resulting in inflexible and poorly aligned territories and GTM strategy.
