Very difficult to achieve due to out of touch and distant leadership decisions resulting in inflexible and poorly aligned territories and GTM strategy. Low investment into Sales and Marketing activity. Way too focused on the tech and believing that if we build it they will come. Emerging tech is awesome but legacy approach, lack of marketing and inflexibility in GTM combine such that the market doesn’t understand the full capability and value proposition.
