Established company with some strong products but Check Point is very tight with their money, letting reps travel etc. Also require most reps to be in office 1-2 times/week.

Mis-set expectations and the role was oversold. Very difficult to achieve due to out of touch and distant leadership decisions resulting in inflexible and poorly aligned territories and GTM strategy. As an SDR my experience has been very good. The technology is great but brand recognition is lacking. Comp is very fair but they are constantly changing the standards to meet your plan. Everyone I work with directly is amazing and helps each other achieve their numbers. Top leadership feels very disconnected from the field.
