I get paid 23% of the annual contract value. And that’s awesome. The benefits are lacking for sure. The culture is lacking, not very many events to get to know each other. When you have to travel, the company is super stingy, waiting at the airport to be able to share Uber rides to the hotel. Outside of that, my manager is awesome. She provides me with a lot of flexibility. If it wasn’t for her, I’m not sure I would still be here. I am provided one to four inbound leads per week, the rest I have to self prospect.
