Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee - I have never seen so much managerial incompetence in a workplace. Account Executives are ran through in a revolving door fashion without management doing any form of self-reflection.
- Sales Manager has zero background in sales/sales leadership, does not show up to meetings (and when she does, she’s driving in her car with wet hair in a t-shirt), does no coaching with AEs or assisting in sales calls, and probably works <4 hours a week combined. Essentially no members of upper management have any background in LegalTech, so it’s a game of the blind leading the blind.
- The health insurance here is so poor that it can only be viewed as echoing the sentiment that employees are incredibly devalued.
- Management will lie to you about employees hitting their quota and a bunch of other fluff. Be sure to backdoor reference, as not a single current employee will tell you that this is a good place to choose or that there is any substance to what they tell you.
- I would be amazed if CARET even existed six months from now. As they are dismantling the product line and selling it to pay off massive debts.
