My overall experience went from great and loving my job to dreading every Monday morning. The culture was fantastic and leaders were present and involved in calls/deals if you needed or wanted them. Then the company, or I guess the PE company RIF’d many employees from all departments, including the entire C-suite, a couple months ago and morale (and sales) has tanked! Managers with great experience and managerial style were gotten rid of and managers with no sales experience and poor managerial style were kept to everyone’s dismay. The interim CEO is pretty absent. Seen him 2X since the last week of June. Hitting quota is very difficult or non-existent. Inbound leads have slowed and haven’t been distributed fairly. You may get 1 every 1-2 weeks. Too many internal meetings and many have no explanation as to why the meeting is even happening. Pipeline inspections at least 2X, maybe 3X a week. It’s very difficult to win here now. Commission % on wins seems good, if you can get a win. The company has a lot of catching up to do, especially to get morale & culture back.

Overall a good company with enormous potential. Selling to the legal industry is no joke. Much of the success here is built on relationships and trust.
