Very disorganized sales team. Some reps are favored more than others and some reps cheat to hit goal. This is slowly changing but with a whole reorganization of leads / accounts. Majority of reps never hit goal and BOD do not expect reps to hit goal. Quota set artificially high so they don’t have to pay full OTE

Almost no one meets quota anymore but the company also doesn’t care because they know they’re making up out goals out of thin air. If you consistently meet goal every month then you can expect your goal to be raised every month you do by another 10-20k without receiving a higher percentage of ote.
