Almost no one meets quota anymore but the company also doesn’t care because they know they’re making up out goals out of thin air. If you consistently meet goal every month then you can expect your goal to be raised every month you do by another 10-20k without receiving a higher percentage of ote. They will continue to raise your goal until it’s unattainable and they don’t have to pay you out your full commissions any longer. Our already embarrassingly low percentage cut of commission was dropped even lower this year from 10% to 7%. Middle Management positions are based on political relationships and ties to upper management so often times reps have access to 0 training because they report to inexperienced middle management. The product when it works is a great market fit but it no longer functions to its design creating an extremely more difficult sales process. Base pay is about industry average but the ote is disturbingly low.
