Pros: Zuora pays well, they embrace remote work, and there are there is a collaborative culture. Cons: The sales leadership team has flailed for years with an effective GTM plan to accelerate growth. The order-to-cash space has gotten crowded and there are now many competitors that are better, cheaper, and easier to deploy. Because of this, the new business teams struggle to bring on new logos and the install AEs spend most of their time trying to save churning customers. There has been a "brain drain" of top talent across the org since the Silver Lake acquisition was announced.

This is a great sales organization with a lot of potential. The focus is more on large strat accounts, so lead flow does not apply much. Sales leadership is terrific.

Value selling and earning potential are high value, however there is a real possibility you don’t make any commission. The billing business is just rough there are so many competitors now and we are really having it out with billingplatform, especially in consumption base companies.
