Great experience so far. Internal teams are very helpful and encouraging. Company is growing. Would like to grow faster but still growing and have good future planning laid out. Leadership seems strong but could use more customer focused thinking instead of old way of doing business.

Great base salary and incentives. But quota achievement highly dependent on patch, close to zero inbound leads, and poor management style.
