Awful leadership built the team from scratch selling an enterprise solution to mom and pop shops basically. Constantly "wow'd" customers for them to buy a competitor at 30% our cost when I was offering our cheapest deal. Leadership continued to change quota, territory size, strategic channel partners every month so I was always starting from scratch
