The company itself and its portfolio of products are amazing, but the way LATAM leadership manages its people is terrible. No servant leaders, but the old boss style with a lot of micro management.

Management provides guidance but gives you autonomy to make your own decisions. Weekly deal meetings to give status and reporting. You just have to know your customers and what your talking about.
