Great product, great leadership, great benefits, and people. The only thing lacking right now is market conditions. Low inbound lead flow. It's nonexistent in the mid-market acquisition role.

Been here two years, Zoom has completely lost its way. Zoom use to care for their employees extremely well when I first started out. Now there is no direction, no career growth, and constant fear of leadership stabbing you in the back by forcing you out with unrealistic expectations or sudden lay-offs. Job security is nonexistent at Zoom. Quota is always going up......Read More

I joined pre-covid and back then, the company had a very start up feeling to it and everyone was nice and helping each other. After covid, there was a too rapid expansion which caused the culture to go in a negative direction, but as for compensation, I would say this company was among the best I’ve seen so far
