Zoom has a great product and loved working with the customer-base, earnings are fantastic, however the culture and management fail to maintain a fun and enjoyable working environment, lacks team cohesiveness and transparency.

Comp plan has continued to get worse quarter over quarter. Quotas keep going up astronomically while the number of reps missing quota is equal to that percentage

Zoom has been an amazing experience. I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work here. Great inclusive culture that rewards high performers and is very generous to all employee levels RE equity. Culture has suffered recently in EMEA office though I think this is mostly the result of tougher macro economic times squeezing down on internal budget...Read More
