Hyper-collaborative, supportive, and strong leadership in office prior to 2020, with the same culture moving forward remotely into 2021. As expected, board members and leadership added pressure when things settle down. The product and resources are still best in class. Comp is average.

Former Employee3.0Mar 19, 2024Overall the experience was good, the curent transition happening in senior leadership, and the internal reorg of EMEA offices has caused for very rough seas and there has been a loss in the sense of unity and common goal pursuit. Would still recommend, based on team and location.
